1. RATES
Non-refundable Rate
Offers with a Non-refundable rate allow for a more advantageous price than the Standard rate, with same services, for a stay at Canto degli Aranci, but this type of reservation may not be cancelled without a penalty.
At the moment of reservation using a Non-refundable rate, the credit card will be charged for the entire amount of the stay, and cannot be reimbursed in the case of cancellation.
The Non-refundable rate includes the overnight stay and buffet breakfast; it does not include the tourist tax established by the City of Florence, which is €2.50 per person per night, which must be paid when checking out.
Standard rate
The Standard rate includes the overnight stay and buffet breakfast; it does not include the tourist tax established by the City of Florence, which is €2.50 per person per night, which must be paid when checking out.
The credit card number used to guarantee the reservation shall be verified using a pre- authorization system (without charging the amount to the card) for an amount equal to the total of the stay for the first night. A copy of that operation will be available at our reception desk.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of Reservation with Non-refundable Rate
If you cancel a reservation made with the Non-refundable Rate, the entire amount will be charged to your credit card and will not be refunded for any reason.
Cancellation of Reservation with Standard Rate
For modifications or cancellations communicated by 12 noon on the 8th day prior to arrival, there is no charge. For modifications or cancellations communicated 3 to 7 days prior to arrival, you will be charged for the first night. In case of late modification or cancellation (1 or 2 days prior to arrival), or if there is a no-show on the day of arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay.
3. PAYMENT METHOD
We accept the following cards: VISA, VISA Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB. We do not accept American Express. We ask that you furnish the request for an invoice and relevant information in the reservation notes.
4. CHECK-IN
Check-in is between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. If you plan to arrive at a different time, please communicate this to us by the day prior to your arrival.
Check-in after 8 p.m. is allowed only if agreed upon prior to arrival; arrivals after 8:00 p.m. need to be organised a few days before and have and extra cost of 20,00 euros.
It is not possible to check-in after midnight.
5. PRIVACY AND TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the Law on privacy and protection of personal data (D. Lgs. 196/03), we communicate that the data furnished at the time of reservation and check-in are subject to a bond of privacy and shall be treated with respect and in full consideration of your privacy and rights exclusively for services regarding the activity of the Bed & Breakfast Canto degli Aranci. In accordance with Article 7 of the Privacy Code you may update, add to or cancel your data. The person responsible for the Privacy code is the legal representative of Divine Dimore S.a.s.
