Garden House is our wonderful apartment with independent entrance in the heart of Florence: spread over two levels and with a planted garden for exclusive use, it has elegant and welcoming spaces, carefully designed in every detail. The apartment is air-conditioned (hot/cold) and equipped with unlimited free Wi-Fi, two flat-screen TVs, and a safe. You will always find towels, slippers, and a special courtesy set from Aquaflor Florence.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils… just like at home!
Planted Garden
Outdoor space of 25 square meters, planted and fenced to enjoy moments of relaxation in complete tranquility.

Things to know
We do our very best to ensure that your stay here goes above and beyond your expectations, whilst respecting the needs and freedom of all our guests. For the best experience at our B&B we’d like to share some information and house rules with you.
No pets allowed
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets at the B&B.
Smoke-free environment
no smoking is allowed in any of the rooms or communal areas.
Peace and quiet
we operate a silent hour policy from 11pm and 8am and ask guests to respect it.
- Please let us know your arrival time in advance, using the details on our contact page.
- All arrivals between 8pm and midnight are subject to a supplement of 30 euros. All requests for late check-in must be approved, and we do not accept arrivals after midnight.
- At check-in you’ll be required to present a form of photo ID and a credit card. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur a small fee.
- The elevator starts at the 1st floor, which is reached via 34 steps from the ground floor entrance.
- The property does not accept hen or stag groups/bachelorettes etc. No parties or events of any kind can be organised on the premises.Children of all ages are welcome.
- We can provide a cot upon request.
- We are unable to add extra beds to the rooms.
- In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, additional health and safety measures are in place at this property.
