Check-in after 8 pm is only possible if arranged in advance; arrivals after 8 pm must be organised with several days\u2019 notice and will incur a supplement of 30 euros.<\/p>\n

\n [vc_column_text]The Standard rate includes accommodation with buffet breakfast<\/strong>; it does not include the tourist tax applied by the City of Florence, which is 4 euros per person per night.<\/p>\n

The credit card details provided as a guarantee of your booking will be verified through a pre-authorisation system (without being charged<\/strong>) for an amount equal to the total rate for the first night. A copy of this pre-authorisation transaction is available from reception.<\/p>\n

You can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 5 days before your arrival date. After this, you will be charged the entire amount of your booking.[\/vc_column_text] <\/div>\n<\/div>

The difference with the Standard rate is that if you cancel your booking, the amount pre-authorised on your credit card will not be reimbursed<\/b> under any circumstances.<\/p>\n

Canto degli Aranci is situated within the \u2018ZTL\u2019 (restricted traffic zone)<\/strong> in the centre of Florence. Cars are only allowed to enter the ZTL if they are heading for a private carpark or garage (on-street parking is forbidden). The garage manager will send your car registration number to the City Council.
